Ba9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ba9 and the user ("you" or "member").

A valid account is required to access ba9's services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
If multiple accounts are created from the same device or IP address, ba9 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all associated balances.

Ba9 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Completing KYC may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal.
Ba9 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. You must confirm at registration that you are at least 18 years old. If it is later found that a member created an account while under 18, that account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.
Ba9 is committed to responsible gaming. We urge parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing ba9. If you suspect underage use, please report it to support@ba9.im.
Ba9 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT). The maximum single deposit limit is set by ba9 and is subject to change.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or held if KYC verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may require additional verification.
Ba9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before accepting. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its applicable terms and conditions.
The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. To withdraw winnings derived from bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement — typically 10–30x the bonus amount, as specified in each offer's detailed terms.
Misusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any form of manipulation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Placing bets on ba9 is subject to certain rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing any bet.
Ba9 is not liable for any disconnection or technical issues that occur during live betting. However, all confirmed bets will be processed accordingly.
Ba9 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure every game outcome is completely random and free from manipulation. ba9's game fairness is regularly verified through independent third-party audits.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba9 and will result in permanent account closure:
Ba9 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against money laundering.
You may request to close your ba9 account at any time by emailing support@ba9.im. Please withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.
Ba9 may also close an account for the following reasons:
Ba9 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts. Any withdrawable balance left unclaimed within 30 days of account closure may be forfeited.

Ba9's decision is final in all disputes relating to betting outcomes. If an incorrect amount is credited or debited due to a technical error, ba9 reserves the right to correct it.
